Job Description
- Supervise, coordinate, and support daily cleaning operations across assigned sites to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assign, monitor, and adjust duty schedules to ensure all areas are adequately covered at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Train, coach, and motivate cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safe use of chemicals, and correct operation of equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment; submit requests for replenishment in a timely manner.
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards in all cleaning activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit operational reports accurately and on time.
- Attend to client and stakeholder feedback or issues promptly, maintaining strong and professional working relationships.
- Support site-level recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure a stable and motivated workforce.
- Stand in to perform hands-on cleaning duties when required, ensuring service continuity and setting a standard of quality for the team.
