  • Scheduling and deployment of cleaning manpower to assigned jobs/sites
  • Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Developing, executing and ensuring company SOP's are complied with
  • Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary
  • Sending equipment and/or manpower to job sites as and when required
  • Buiding open and trusting relationship with clients to achieve long term partnership and contract renewal
  • Monitoring and upholding the cleaning and maintenance quality standards and operating procedures for all jobs/sites and surpass the clients' expectations
  • Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs
  • Manage equipment and supplies inventory maintenance and replenishment as and when necessary
  • Oversee effective OJT training to maintain high standards of works
  • Managing overall staff motivation, discipline, development and performance according to the organizational, human resource and government manpower policies
  • Overseeing the assigned job sites according to manpower and site requirements to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness
  • Resolving of feedback or complaints from clients and taking immediate preventive measures to ensure that similar problem does not resurface
  • Recruiting and interviewing applicants to maintain sufficient manpower
  • Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations
  • Assist the Management in preparing and maintaining documentation required for regulatory requirements
  • Assist at job sites as and when required
