Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple cleaning sites, manage cleaning staff, supervising and training cleaning staff, managing daily operations like scheduling and task assignment, and ensure service standards are met and handling client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising multiple team of cleaners for different projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations
• Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment
• Provide guidance and coaching of new team members
• Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
• Submit reports and updates to management

Requirements

• Singaporean Citizens / PR only
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (company vehicle provided)
• Preferably with WSQ Cleaning Supervision Certificate or equivalent
• Prior experience in a supervisory role
• Physically fit and able to work independently
• Willing to work overtime when necessary to meet operational needs
