Job Description:

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations
• Lead and coordinate a team of 22 cleaners
• Create and maintain deployment schedules
• Ensure daily attendance and arrange replacements when necessary
• Transport cleaners to job sites
• Handle attendance tracking and timesheets
• Manage feedback and complaints from customers professionally
• Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a cleaning operations supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or schedule changes
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with team and clients

Compensation:

• Working location: Jurong East, Singapore
• Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm
• Annual leave: 14 days in first year; +1 day/year up to max 28 days
• Performance bonus & Summer Bonus in August (average 1-month salary)
