Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent cleaner to perform routine janitorial duties across multiple areas of the premises. You will sweep, mop, dispose of rubbish, maintain washrooms, and keep entrances and common areas tidy and presentable.

The role requires following safety procedures, assisting with grounds maintenance, and ensuring outdoor surroundings remain clean. This position emphasizes daily upkeep and compliance with management instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and remove rubbish, dust, dirt and debris from the premises and surrounding compound. Remove and dispose of unwanted items as instructed by management.
• Sweep and clear litter from all designated parking areas. Clean and remove rubbish from the diesel pump area. Remove unwanted items as instructed by LHYK Management.
• Sweep and mop the main entrance lobby and staircase areas daily. Clean and wipe entrance glass panels to maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish and unwanted items in designated waste bins. Keep rubbish collection points clean, tidy and free from accumulated waste.
• Wash and clean wash basins, taps, urinals, toilet bowls and cubicles. Wipe cubicle doors, partitions, walls and mirrors. Clean toilet wall tiles and remove cobwebs. Collect and dispose of toilet waste appropriately. Replenish toilet consumables supplied by the company, where applicable.
• Cut and trim grass around the premises and landscaped areas. Collect and remove dried leaves from landscaped areas. Dispose of garden waste and other rubbish in designated bins.
• Clean surrounding drains using high-pressure water jet equipment where required and authorised. Remove leaves, sand and debris to prevent drain blockages.
• Assist with washing and cleaning tankers according to schedules arranged by the Transport and Workshop Departments. Follow applicable safety procedures during tanker cleaning activities.
• Sweep rooftop areas and remove dried leaves and other debris. Keep rainwater outlets clear of obstructions to support proper drainage.
• Sweep designated warehouse floor areas, where applicable. Collect and remove rubbish and debris to maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
