Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally committed, physically resilient, and hands‑on Cleaner Operations Manager to lead and participate in daily cleaning operations across multiple industrial locations. This role is extremely demanding and requires total flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a high level of physical and mental endurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, manage, and participate in on‑site cleaning duties, including heavy‑duty and deep cleaning.
  • Respond to urgent cleaning assignments, sudden staff no‑shows, or site escalations even on short notice.
  • Maintain daily cleaning standards and conduct inspections across job sites.
  • Communicate with team members and management via WhatsApp, WeChat, and other messaging platforms.
  • Manage and track cleaning equipment and supply levels.
  • Lead recruitment and training of cleaners when necessary.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (both spoken and written).
  • Must be willing to work 6–7 days a week, including Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Must be available for ad hoc assignments at any hour, including last‑minute overtime.
  • Must be prepared to work until midnight or later without overtime pay.
  • No food, transport, or attendance allowances will be provided.
  • Must arrange own transport to and from work regardless of hour.
  • Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy items, work quickly and independently under pressure.
  • Must reply to messages even after working hours and be reachable at all times.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Prior experience managing blue‑collar or cleaning staff.
  • Exposure to high‑stress, labor‑intensive environments.
  • Familiar with basic staff scheduling, logistics, or field coordination.
  • Willingness to take instructions without resistance and work without complaints.

Salary Range: $4400 - $4700 (subject to adjustment based on performance)
