Job summary

Busy Bees Asia is seeking a Cleaner (Half Day) for Small Wonder - Yishun Central, to help keep classrooms and common areas clean and well-maintained. The role includes supporting kitchen activities and other centre duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience and a good understanding of hygiene standards, with the ability to work independently in a busy preschool environment.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience, preferably in preschool/ childcare settings.
• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and safe cleaning practices.
• Able to carry out routine cleaning tasks independently and thoroughly.
• Physically fit and able to clean, lift and stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to support kitchen and other centre duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the school clean at all times across office, common areas, classrooms and toilets.
• Assist in kitchen activities including daily food delivery to classrooms.
• Perform other cleaning duties for the centre as assigned.

Job Description

• As a Cleaner, youwill:-


• 1. Keep the school clean at alltimes
  
  
  
  1. a) Office and centre common areas:
     
     
     
     1. Clean, sweep and mop
     
     
     2. Clean cubbies and storage area
     
     
     
     
  
  
  2. b) Classroom and toilets:
     
     
     
     1. Wash shower and toilet area
     
     
     2. Sweep and mop classrooms
     
     
     
     
  
  
  3. c) Other regular tasks:
     
     
     
     1. Wash the main door entrance and floor mats
     
     
     2. Dispose rubbish in the Centre
     
     
     3. Clean shoe racks and electric furniture
     
     
     
     
  
  
  
  


• 2. Help in the kitchen including daily activities such as
  
  
  
  1. Bringing food to the classrooms for all meals
  
  
  
  


• 3. Other cleaning duties for the centre as assigned

Job Requirement

• Prior experience incleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a preschool, childcare or similar environment.

• Physically fit and comfortable with cleaning, lifting and standing for extended periods.
