Job summary

A local restaurant in Singapore is seeking part-time and full-time Cleaners to join their kitchen team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness by scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes into the dish machine, washing and sanitizing cooking utensils, and keeping work areas clean. Candidates must be reliable and ready to perform additional cleaning tasks as needed. The position offers morning shifts from 11pm to 4pm, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, pots, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
• Clean and maintain guest bathrooms.
• Clean food prep stations and equipment.

Saturday and Sunday OFF Day

Responsibilities

• 刮、冲洗并将盘子和器皿装入洗碗机 / Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• 清洗和消毒所有平底锅、锅、器皿和盘子 / Wash and sanitize all pans, pots, utensils, and dishes
• 清洁、消毒和维护洗碗机 / Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• 从洗碗机卸下盘子和餐具并妥善整理 / Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
• 定期清空垃圾箱 / Empty trash containers regularly
• 根据需要清扫和拖地，保持工作区和厨房清洁 / Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• 根据要求执行额外的清洁任务 / Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• 清洁和维护客用浴室 / Clean and maintain guest bathrooms
• 清洁食品准备站和设备 / Clean food prep stations and equipment
