Job summary

AFS APEX FACILITIES SERVICE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Full-Time Cleaner position (8 hours) across various sites in Singapore. The role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas and walkways.

Working hours are 8 hours per day with a 5- to 6-day rotating schedule. A joining bonus of S$600 is offered, along with CPF contributions, training provided, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience is required.
• Long-term employment is encouraged.
• PSLE holders welcome.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe floors, surfaces and fixtures.
• Dispose of rubbish and clean waste bins.
• Clean and sanitise tables and common areas.
• Remove stains, spills and grease.
• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.

Full-Time Cleaner (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe down floors, surfaces and fixtures
• Dispose of rubbish, empty and clean waste bins
• Clean and sanitise tablesn and common areas
• Remove stains, spills and grease
• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day

Available Schedule

• 5-day, 5.5-day, 6-day weekly & 5/6/5/6 rotation roster

Work Locations

• Various sites across Singapore, including condominiums, foodcourt, compound and more

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2,080 - $3,000 per month, in accordance with Cleaning Progressive Wage Model (PWM) guidelines for the relevant year.
