Class 5 Trailer Driver

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Abiding by all transportation laws.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are groomed to a high standard and are ready for use at all times.
• Ensure interiors of vehicles abide by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license issued in Singapore with one year of truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a trailer truck driver is preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
