Job summary

ELEMENTS INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Class 4 licensed driver to manage daily collection and delivery routes, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and assist with loading/unloading. The role includes ensuring safety, documenting deliveries, and supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will have relevant lorry driving experience, strong communication skills, and a safety-conscious work attitude. Overtime may be required to meet schedules and customer demands.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Must hold valid Class 4 driving licence in Singapore.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 4 lorry to complete daily collection and delivery routes on schedule.
• Coordinate with customers, Admin, and Operations teams during collections.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment safely.
• Secure all materials properly before transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Verify collected items against Delivery Orders, collection lists, or job instructions.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature and submit completed documents promptly after each job.
• Capture photos of collected materials when required for documentation.
• Perform daily basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the assigned lorry.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, collection discrepancies, or damaged materials immediately to management.
• Adhere strictly to road safety, workplace safety, and customer site requirements at all times.
• Support warehouse tasks including sorting, packing, and weighing when not assigned to driving duties.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
