Job summary

A leading logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Logistics/Ops Team. Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, ensuring cargo safety, and adhering to road regulations. Candidates should possess a Class 3 & 4 Driving license and a Forklift License, alongside 3 to 5 years of driving experience, with marine industry experience as an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Supporting Logistics/Ops Team on daily deliveries.

Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting Logistics/Ops Team on daily deliveries
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicle
• Ensure cargo is safely secured on the truck
• Attain endorsement Delivery Order from customer
• Handling ship spares inward/outward and records
• Delays in delivery must be communicated to Operation Dept
• Strictly adhere to road regulations and safety standards
• Complete other tasks assigned by Operation Dept
• Initiatively communicate and cooperate with other departments

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• PSLE, Secondary, GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of driving experience
• Must have Class 3 & 4 Driving license
• Forklift License required
• Working experience in a Marine Industry will be an added advantage
• Ability and willingness to learn and work under pressure, odd hours including weekends & Public Holidays
