Job summary

M3 EMPLOYMENT in Singapore seeks a dependable Class 4 driver for delivering and collecting manufacturing goods and components across Singapore. You will operate a Class 4 lorry, handle loading/unloading tasks, and follow delivery instructions with accuracy and safety in mind.

Daily responsibilities include vehicle inspections, paperwork verification, and maintaining timeliness. Prior heavy vehicle experience and a valid Class 4 licence are essential; forklift licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
• Preferably 1–3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial deliveries is an advantage.
• Physically fit for loading, unloading, lifting and carrying tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 4 lorry to deliver manufacturing goods, metal components, materials, and products to customers, suppliers, and designated locations across Singapore.
• Carry out daily deliveries and collections according to assigned schedules and delivery instructions.
• Load and unload goods manually or using suitable handling equipment where applicable.
• Assist with lifting, carrying, moving, and positioning goods during loading and unloading.
• Ensure goods are properly arranged, secured, and checked before departure to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents, and obtain acknowledgements of receipt where required.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the lorry is maintained in good working condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report defects, breakdowns, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
