Job summary

BoxPls Logistics operates a same-day van delivery service in Singapore, handling a range of tasks from parcel and food deliveries to event support. The role requires driving an electric van, ensuring safe handling of goods, and maintaining professional client communication across a 5.5 day work week.

Shifts run from 8:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm with overtime compensated as per MOM guidelines. A valid Class 3/3A license with at least 2 years of driving experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license with a minimum of 2 years clean driving record
• Ability to communicate in English to facilitate clear client and team interactions

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned delivery routes and capture proof-of-delivery photos at every stop to confirm successful deliveries
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and recipients upon arrival to ensure smooth handovers
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the van throughout the workday
• Verify the van is fully emptied before starting each client job to ensure readiness
• Charge and prepare the electric van daily to guarantee operational availability
• Manage cashcard, ERP, and parking payments accurately and submit receipts promptly
• Handle items up to 25kg safely during loading and unloading
• Use a smartphone effectively for job-related communication and navigation
• Drive and operate the electric van competently and responsibly
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions
• Treat goods with care and maintain polite, positive customer service at all times
• Adhere strictly to company policy by not using the company van for unauthorized jobs

Other Information

Working hours

• 5.5 day work week
• Shifts from 8:30am to 5:30pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm depending on job requirements
• Overtime available and compensated at 1.5x per Ministry of Manpower guidelines
