Job summary

GAN TECK KAR INVESTMENTS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a delivery driver responsible for loading and delivering products according to invoices while ensuring accurate and safe delivery. The candidate should possess good driving skills, be punctual, and physically fit to handle heavy loads.

The role includes daily vehicle inspections, maintaining hygiene regulations, and fostering customer relations. Staff lunches and in-house gym access are provided, and the position requires 44 hours of work per week, over 5.5 days.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be punctual, responsible, and have a good attendance record.
• Familiar with all Singapore roads and good driving record.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Load and check products according to invoices.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers.
• Check and verify invoices and products for accuracy.
• Follow food handling and hygiene regulations.
• Clean and inspect delivery vehicles daily.
• Perform other duties as delegated.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading of checking of products according to invoices.
• Delivers products according to invoices to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Establishes and maintains good relations with customers.
• Checks and verifies invoices and products to ensure accuracy and delivery correctly.
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed when delivery.
• Work closer and co‑operates with other colleagues to achieve highest possible satisfaction in delivery of food items
• Daily cleaning and inspects delivery vehicles and ensure the cleanliness and operation readiness of the vehicle.
• Performs other duties that may be delegated from time to time.

Requirements

• Be prepared and willing to work overtime and on weekends when required.
