Job summary

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a reliable Delivery Associate to load and sort packages at the warehouse and ensure timely on-time deliveries across company-assigned areas.

You will handle onboard documentation checks, use the mobile app for POD updates, and liaise with customers in basic English. Candidates must be familiar with Singapore roads and able to lift heavy items.

This role requires 5.5 work days with potential overtime; start and end at Changi South warehouse.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Singapore road networks and routes.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Ability to read and converse in basic English.
• Willing to work 5.5 days and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Load and sort packages at the warehouse.
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for assigned areas.
• Submit shipping documents and provide delivery status updates via the mobile app.
• Record proof of delivery (POD) and liaise with customers when needed.

• Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents as well as delivery status updates (e.g. POD) via company’s mobile app

• Willing to work 5.5 days as well as extra hours when needed
• Unable to drive company van home; start and end your day at Changi South warehouse
