Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Executive to manage and process insurance claims efficiently and fairly, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, third-party claimants, and other stakeholders
• Guide and support claims assistants in their daily responsibilities
• Manage claims professionally within service benchmarks and protocols
• Ensure timely and accurate reserving of claims
• Provide feedback to underwriters on policy gaps and risk issues identified during claims handling
• Attend site visits, client offices, and meetings when necessary
• Conduct periodic file reviews and ensure proper documentation
• Pursue and follow up on recovery claims
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management
