Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for reviewing design drawings and reports from the design firm, providing comments, and approving the design for construction at the design stage.
2. Handle troubleshooting and prevent delays in contractor works during the construction phase.
3. Conduct daily monitoring, resolve deviations, and prevent delays to ensure contractor compliance with project requirements.
4. Lead the entire site civil and steel structural construction works, serving as the subject matter expert representing the site.
5. Possess working knowledge and experience in civil and steel structure engineering and construction.
6. Ensure on-site quality improvement and adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements.
7. Actively participate in the project phase, often performing multiple roles to support the successful startup of the greenfield project.
8. Manage, mentor, and evaluate subordinate employees effectively.
9. Build a high-efficiency team, fostering initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity among team members.
10. Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil or steel structural engineering or related majors, with over 4 years of relevant experience.
11. Proficient in Office software and capable of reviewing technical construction plans and negotiating equipment technical details.
