Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and design reports from design firms, comment, and approve for issuance of construction drawings.
• Troubleshoot and prevent delays in contractor works during the construction stage.
• Conduct daily monitoring, resolve deviations, and prevent delays to ensure contractor compliance with requirements.
• Lead the entire site civil and steel structural construction works as the subject‑matter expert.
• Improve on‑site quality and meet EHS requirements.
• Actively participate in the greenfield project startup, handling multiple roles as needed.
• Manage, nurture, and guide subordinate employees, conducting effective performance assessments.
• Build a high‑efficiency team and foster initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity among team members.
