1. Responsible for project planning, scheduling & co-ordination
2. Responsible for monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion of projects
3. Responsible for liaising with clients and the team on project requirements
4. Responsible for supervising all the construction on site
5. Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure works carry out comply with quality standards, drawings and project specification
6. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
7. To perform QA/QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
8. Prepare Progress report, project handover report and claim report
9. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
• Preferably with HDB precast experience
