Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a professional to coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at the site. Responsibilities include liaising with consultants and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and coordination skills.   • Review structural and architectural drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets regulatory and project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, local authorities' requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Assist in managing permits, inspections, and documentation for civil/structural works.
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
