Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior CSA leader to interface with engineering partners and drive Civil, Structural and Architectural design across large-scale capital projects. The role requires oversight of deliverables, compliance with regulations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design and construction approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years delivering large-scale capital projects.
• Proven CSA leadership experience on major greenfield projects, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineering consultants.
• Strong understanding of design management, construction execution, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3D model reviews and ensure appropriate CSA design inputs.
• Incorporate EHS&S requirements into design, construction, commissioning, and operational planning.
• Support contractor procurement activities, including RFP reviews, bidder evaluations, and contract recommendations.
• Lead CSA design transition into detailed design and construction, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee site execution of CSA works, ensuring alignment with approved designs, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Review and approve mock-ups, fabrication activities, and project turnover documentation.
