Job summary

SHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site civil supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil activities, ensuring schedule, quality and safety objectives are met on the project.

The role includes managing civil and recovered materials work, monitoring on-site materials, and ensuring health, safety, environment, and quality standards are followed to deliver high-quality and safe construction progress.

Responsibilities

• To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day civil activities on the project with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• To manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work in order to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.
• To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
• To ensure all works are carried out in line with LAL health and safety standards in order to provide high-quality works in safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain quality control and safety regulation
• Control and supervise site activities
• Manage and supervise the site workforce
• Submit weekly progress reports
• Review and update site hazard identification records and procedures
• Complete required documentation
