Job Summary:

As a QAQC Engineer, you will join the A1 main contractor for a high-spec industrial construction project at one of the leading semiconductor's new manufacturing facilities. This position focuses heavily on precast construction and is ideal for candidates familiar with the requirements of FAB and CUP structures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all QA/QC activities on-site for structural precast and architectural works (FAB and CUP).
• Review and ensure compliance with project quality specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Supervise and ensure quality workmanship from subcontractors across various construction phases.
• Manage documentation, including material approvals, such as RFI, NCR, QA checklists, and material approvals.
• Support site progress planning, sequence management, and technical coordination.
• Collaborate with project and safety teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in:
  • Precast installation and QA/QC
  • Semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-spec industrial projects
  • Main contractor or design & build environments
• Hands‑on with site coordination, sequencing, and subcontractor supervision.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC workflows and technical drawings.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
