As a full‑time Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimising costs and maximising efficiency
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback

What we're looking for
