Job summary

Feng Ming Construction is seeking a capable Project Engineer to report to the Project Manager and oversee assigned civil projects in Singapore. You will prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor activities, ensuring quality, budget adherence and timely completion.

You will liaise with consultants, assist site inspections and coordinate handover and rectification works, while maintaining safety and compliance with standards. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognized Degree by PE Board).
• Proven working experience in civil works.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and project management software.
• Relevant training and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, claims, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Ensures that work complies with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with Consultant on technical issues & assist in Site inspections and coordination.
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works and completion of the necessary rectification works.
