Job Scope

• Manage steel construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate project delivery
• Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety protocols
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to drive project success
• Analyse project data and provide recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in steel construction

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer/Asst Manager in Civil Structural Steel Project.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex steel construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as structural analysis, steel detailing, and construction methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and team members
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and project management tools is an advantage
