Job summary

DONGAH GEOLOGICAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD, Singapore Branch is seeking an on-site Planning Engineer to support the Planning Manager with planning, manpower, and equipment management.

The role requires liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, drawing concepts, preparing method statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with Singapore Safety Standards. You will attend meetings and work independently with minimal supervision, using MS Project and AutoCAD daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site planning and coordination.
• Ability to prepare method statements and progress reports.
• Familiarity with Singapore Safety Standards and Code of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Planning Manager with on-site planning, manpower, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Design and draw conceptual drawings.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and project reports.
• Monitor and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Attend project meetings.
• Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Must be well-versed in Singapore Safety Standards and Code of Practice.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
