Job summary

HDB Housing & Development Board is seeking engineers to manage demolition projects and enhancement works across HDB estates. You will be involved in planning, feasibility studies, site management, and coordinating services to ensure timely execution.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering background recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore, with design, construction or PM experience preferred. A 1+1 year contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant background in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Experience in design, construction or project management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and analyse problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage demolition projects and enhancement works in HDB estates.
• Coordinate procurement of services and site management.
• Carry out feasibility studies and analyse structural engineering problems.
• Conduct technical assessments to resolve post-construction feedback.
