Qualifications

• At least 2 years of site experience in Singapore as a main contractor.
• Must know construction sequence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily reports and monthly progress reports.
• Oversee drawing management and issue updated drawings.
• Assist project manager with coordination of change orders.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to comply with regulations.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors.
