• Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes.
• Appraise the suitability of construction techniques and methods.
• Carry out simple design calculations.
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the project.
• Supervise and monitor the project's progress.
• Solve technical problems encountered.
• Correspond with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction adheres to drawings, certifications, and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors for all projects.
• Oversee implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure safety regulations and good housekeeping practices are followed.
• Process and finalize claims.

• Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice at site
• Process and finalisation of claims
