Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Engineer / Site Engineer is responsible for all project related matters for building construction works, steel works, A&A works, renovation works, etc.

  • Supervise and checking of all subcon and internal team, to ensure carried out in accordance to contractual specifications, quality standards, statutory compliance & client’s requirements and safety.
  • Assist Project Manager in all project matters, on-site technical / engineering matters and authority submissions.
  • Cooperate with site supervisor for all project and technical matters.
  • Preparation of project weekly & monthly report, master schedule, micro task program, method of statement, construction sequence, hoisting plan, safe work procedure, risk assessment, any other technical documents.
  • Co‑ordinate works with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
  • Plan & track the project progress, all site works, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all aligning with the project completion timeline.
  • Technical expertise and knowledge in foundation, structural and building and steel works.
  • Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.
Requirements
