Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate well versed in civil and structural engineering design, including technical detailed drawings and compliance submissions. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, and onsite supervision to ensure quality and compliance with regulations concerning fire protection and safety. This role offers an opportunity to engage in both 2D and 3D BIM projects within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Well versed in building and construction project planning.
• Experience in Civil & Structural engineering design and technical detailed drawings.
• Knowledge in M+E engineering design and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil & structural engineering design and technical drawings.
• Execute M+E engineering design and compliance submissions.
• Monitor and supervise projects on site.

Job description

Well versed in building and construction project planning, detailed design, execution and supervision. Key responsibilities of the candidate in performing the followings as daily tasks :-

1. Civil & Structural engineering design and technical detailed drawings involve 2D & 3D BIM.
2. M+E engineering design and technical drawings especially in fire protection, flammable storage and fire engineering.
3. Corenet-X submissions involve URA planning, SCDF BP/FP, BCA BP/ST and other agencies compliances submissions.
4. Occasionally, to visit building/ construction sites for project monitoring and supervision.
