Job description

• Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, work schedule for execution
• Prepare drawings and reports for communication with relevant stakeholders
• Conduct site supervision to ensure works are carried out in accordance to design codes and specifications
• Ensure quality control of works and manage defects and rectification works
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and related Singapore statutory regulations
• Check on works carry out by subcontractors, workers and suppliers
• Liaise with sub-contractors on technical issues
