Civil Construction Senior Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in civil construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, be registered or recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PE Board), and demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of civil engineering projects
• Manage site activities, ensuring works are executed according to specifications and timelines
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate utility diversions and lift shaft construction where applicable

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience in civil construction projects
• Recognized by the Singapore PE Board (registration or recognition is mandatory)
• Experience with civil works, lift shaft construction, and utility diversion is an advantage
• Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiar with Singapore construction codes, standards, and local authority submission processes
