Responsibilities
- Configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, and switching).
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, and optimizations in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and business requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Switching (VLAN, STP, Trunking, Port Security, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP).
- Experience in configuring and managing Cisco/Juniper/Aruba or equivalent enterprise networking devices.
- Hands-on Experience with Cisco ISE and F5 Load balancers
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and general IP addressing.
Nice to Have Skills
- Working knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, etc.).
- Familiarity with network security concepts (IDS/IPS, VPNs, Zero Trust, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
