Responsibilities

Business-Aligned IT Strategy & Governance

• Design and execute multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Build IT governance using COBIT, ITIL, and ISO frameworks with real operational impact.

Digital Transformation & Data Modernization

• Lead cloud migration, automation initiatives, and data platform modernization.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics for finance, ops, and customer intelligence.

Operational Intelligence & KPI Management

• Implement IT performance dashboards, SLAs, and real-time service insights.
• Enable cross-department visibility into system health, uptime, and cost efficiency.

Cost Optimization & Vendor Oversight

• Evaluate vendor contracts, SaaS usage, and shadow IT to optimize spend and reduce risk.
• Build procurement strategies with centralized governance and scalability.
