What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver awesome guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations — from planning, and administration of all cinemas, adhering to operational procedures and standards.
• Keep things running smoothly — schedules, shifts, training, and team spirit
• Implement initiatives to address undesirable situations, such as high staff turnover, and customer complaints.
• Work closely with the Manager on events, promotions, and exciting launches

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service (supervisory experience is a bonus!)
• Great people skills — friendly, confident, and team-oriented
• Able to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours.
• Positive attitude with a passion for movies and service
