Job summary

QUEST GLOBAL DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned DevOps engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate end-to-end release processes, and manage containerized infrastructure.

The role collaborates with software, test, cybersecurity, and product teams to accelerate delivery and ensure secure deployments. You will work with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools, applying best practices in DevSecOps and automation scripting to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years' experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell, or YAML.
• Experience with Linux and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes.
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows.
• Support Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and security scanning tools.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, Shell, or YAML.
• Create and maintain automated testing and validation frameworks.
• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Support industrial communication protocol testing (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, CANopen, etc.).
• Collaborate with software, test, cybersecurity, and product teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Release Engineering, or Software Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell, or YAML.
• Experience with Linux environments and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and software release management.
• Exposure to industrial automation, PLCs, CODESYS, or industrial protocols is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
