Eastern Globe Trade & Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Cleaning Team, focusing on chute maintenance and surrounding upkeep at River Valley. You will ensure the professional appearance and safety of high-priority areas on a daily basis.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety guidelines for chemical usage, and the ability to understand simple work schedules. Basic literacy is essential for reporting issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform demanding cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to follow chemical handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to understand simple schedules and report issues to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, refuse and amenities in assigned areas daily.
• Perform removal of refuse from bin chutes and bin centre; wash bins.
• Maintain cleanliness of driveways, basements, pools, gym, and playground areas.
• Carry out specialized cleaning to scrub algae or mold as directed.
• Monitor water drainage and report any hazards or damages.
