About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Operations Assistant to join our team at ALL SAINTS BEREAVEMENT CARE PTE. LTD.' in the Yishun North Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our events operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting with the day-to-day coordination and execution of event setup activities at various sites in Singapore
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
  3. Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
  4. Receiving and processing incoming deliveries
  5. Providing logistical support to the operations team to deliver and setup the stage equipment
  6. Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards
  7. Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure efficient operations
What we're looking for
  1. Experience in a similar operations or logistics role, ideally within the Hospitality, Events Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  4. Good numerical and IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems
  5. A team player with the ability to work independently when required
  6. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehousing environment
  8. Drivers will have added incentives
