Job description

Retail Sales Assistant (Chocolate)

Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 44 hours/week (3 days 8 hours; 2 day 10 hours)
Location: West Gate x2 / Changi Jewel x1
Gross Salary $2,305 above + Commission (Average $400 to $500)
Commission will be higher on peak season (nov - feb)

Job Description

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Attain and maintain required service standards
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique
