Job summary

A healthcare clinic in Singapore is looking for individuals to provide quality front-line services to patients. The role involves managing patient appointments and inquiries, and assisting in daily clinic operations. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic IT skills, and preferably some relevant experience in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position with a flexible weekly schedule and a salary range of $2,200 - $2,400 per month.

  • Handle payment collection, cashiering and billing.

Full Time Position

  • 42-44 hours per week (3 Weekday Full Shifts, 1 Weekday Half Shift & 1 Weekend)
  • Weekday Full Shift (9.5 hours - 10am to 9pm with 1.5 hrs lunch break from 2pm to 3:30pm)
  • Weekday Half Shift (7.5 hours - AM10am to 3:30pm or PM3:30pm to 9pm)
  • Weekend Shift (8 hours - 10am to 6pm, flexible lunch break inclusive)
  • Flexible & accommodating weekly schedule
  • $2,200 - $2,400 per month with incentive scheme

Operating Hours:

Mondays to Fridays 10am to 2pm, 3:30pm to 9pm

Saturdays & Sundays 10am to 6pm

Closed on Public Holidays
