Chinese Sous Chef / Cafe & Japanese Junior Chef / Service Crew / Barista x 10

Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.

Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Support development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the chef.

Assist in kitchen operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Cafe Chef

Assist in preparing and cooking cafe style foods.

Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Support daily operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Japanese Junior Chef

Assist in preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine.

Follow hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Support kitchen operations and handle shift and weekend duties.

Service Crew

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.

Barista

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.

Requirements:

Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Chef roles)

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
