Job Scope

Chinese Sous Chef

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Support development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the chef.
• Assist in kitchen operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Cafe Chef

• Assist in preparing and cooking cafe style foods.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Support daily operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Japanese Junior Chef

• Assist in preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Support kitchen operations and handle shift and weekend duties.

Service Crew

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.

Barista

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.

Requirements

• Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Chef roles)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Able to work in a fast‑paced F&B environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
