Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with MOE’s Chinese Language syllabus.
• Teaching Excellence: Deliver structured and interactive lessons for primary and secondary students.
• Educational Innovation: Develop digital learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations and multimedia resources.
• Student Development: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor lessons to individual learning needs.
• Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents to support students’ learning journeys.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor junior educators and contribute to the continuous improvement of the teaching team.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Chinese Language in Singapore primary or secondary education.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language Education or relevant degree.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Ministry Of Education’s Chinese Language curriculum and pedagogy.
• Strong ability to develop educational materials and multimedia teaching resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with English proficiency as an advantage.
