Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chinese Language Preschool Teacher to deliver Chinese language instruction across various centres islandwide. The role requires building a supportive classroom climate and partnering with families to support children's growth.

Candidates should hold a DECCE-T or CECCCE and have experience in early childhood education. The position offers full-time hours with a standard preschool schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T or CECCCE) required.
• Experience in the Early Childhood is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Chinese language lessons in accordance with the organisation's curriculum framework.
• Create a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them.
• Enrich children's learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, while integrating innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community, and co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
• Guide the junior educators in enhancing their professional practice.
• Provide suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the preschool, while contributing to the preschool's culture of collaboration and collegiality.
