Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to the owner, administrative staff, or clients.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Implement health and safety measures, ensuring all workers follow protocols.
• Resolve work problems or recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Order or requisition materials and supplies needed for construction.
