Children Companion / Educational Caregiver (Singapore)

Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Children Companion to provide comprehensive care and academic supervision for three school-aged children (Primary 1, Primary 6, and Secondary 1). Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Care and Child Management
   • Oversee the children’s daily routines to ensure their health, safety, and happiness.
   • Organize and participate in various educational and outdoor activities to enrich their after‑school life and cultivate their personal interests.
   • Help the children develop good habits, independence, and positive character traits.
2. Academic Tutoring and Supervision
   • Supervise and assist the children in their daily studies, including but not limited to homework and school projects.
   • Provide personalized academic guidance based on each child’s learning progress and needs.
   • Foster curiosity, motivation, and effective study habits to enhance their love of learning.
   • Maintain close communication with parents and provide regular updates on the children’s academic performance and overall development.

Qualifications

• Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Education, English, or related fields preferred.
  • Solid academic knowledge and teaching ability to effectively tutor primary and lower‑secondary subjects.
• Language Proficiency
  • IELTS overall score of 7.0 or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Able to communicate fluently and naturally with both children and family members.

  • Passionate about working with children; patient, responsible, and kind‑hearted.
