Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the centre's curriculum framework.
• Observe and record children's learning progress to support their individual development.
• Create hands‑on, play‑based activities that make learning enjoyable and relevant.

Care and Classroom Management

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment where children feel secure and supported.
• Guide children gently in routines, social skills, and self‑help habits.
• Set up displays and resources that encourage curiosity and pride in learning.

Teamwork and Parent Partnership

• Communicate regularly with parents to build trust and involve them in their child's learning.
• Work closely with fellow educators to plan lessons, events, and school celebrations.
• Uphold the centre's values of respect, care, and teamwork in all interactions.

Requirements

• ECDA‑certified (ACEY, L1 or L2)
